Venture & Product Innovation
Practical visionary. I take early, unproven ideas and build the evidence, prototypes, and relationships that make them real.
Let's talkAbout
I arrived in Germany from St. Petersburg (Russia) at sixteen, speaking no German. Most schools turned me away. One gave me a chance. Within four years I'd earned the German A-levels and qualified for university. That experience taught me something I've never forgotten: potential isn't always obvious. You have to know how to look for it.
I originally studied mathematics because I love solving problems. But what truly excites me is solving human and business problems, and creating something tangible in this world. That led me to industrial design, and eventually to a career spent in the space where products, strategy, and people intersect.
I'm a practical visionary. I'm drawn to bold ideas before they're obvious, and my strength is building the path that turns them into something real, with consumer evidence, prototypes, suppliers, technical feasibility, and commercial logic.
How I work
I am strongest where the answers aren't obvious. I enter complex environments and create clarity, framing the opportunity before anyone else sees it.
Innovation isn't just creativity. It's a repeatable system. I bring rigour, methodology, and the right questions to unlock original thinking in any team.
I move quickly, test with real consumers, and treat uncertainty as an asset. Evidence, not assumption, is what earns the next stage of investment.
An idea is only valuable if it survives contact with factories, suppliers, cost, and timelines. I build ventures that can handle that pressure and grow.
